I reached out to my tech contact at Firestone and there are not any rebuild kits or diaphragm kits for their compressors. The pressure switch you asked from is one of the only replacement parts available and isn't the issue you are describing.
My contact said you will need to replace your compressor. I recommend the Firestone Standard Duty Air Compressor - 130 psi # F9284 which will work with your current switch. view full answer...
If your existing AC unit has the separate control unit and already has the cut out in the roof for the Air Distribution box, then yes, you can reuse the existing thermostat with the # FR42PV unit.
If however, your existing Dometic AC is a single, self contained unit then you'd need to go with a complete system like # FR55PV. view full answer...
If you replace the air distribution box/controller you would need to replace it with a Carrier Air branded unit like you already have to keep your ability to control the furnace. The Advent Air Air Distribution Box # ACRG15 doesn't have the ability to wire into your furnace so you would lose functionality of it.
If by heat you mean a heat pump then you lost that when you installed the Advent Air condenser unit # ACCAR135 since the heat pumps are in the rooftop units. You can supplement... view full answer...
Both the Dometic and Atwood air conditioner units have been used as OEM products over the years. A lot of times when it comes to AC units it boils down to personal preference. The issue with your air compressor kicking on each time you start the vehicle is an indication that you have a leak. The easiest way to find an air leak on your system would be to inflate the system to about 60 psi then take a bottle with a mixture of soap and water to spray down all the lines, fittings, and airbags. The air bubbles should expand once a leak is detected. If the air leak occurred at the top of the fitting then chances are the line is not seated properly or cut correctly.... view full answer...
For a plug and play replacement for the air conditioner on your 2018 Keystone Summerland Travel Trailer I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM150. If you currently have an Advent Air or Dometic setup with an external control box you won't need an adapter. If you have a Coleman Mach or Dometic with a heat pump you can use the # ACCOLKIT adapter, and for Carrier the # ACCARKIT adapter. view full answer...
